Under his leadership, Laurel Signature Homes has completed hundreds of residential projects, specializing in luxury single-family homes and transformative redevelopment projects throughout North Chicago and the North Shore. Yoav is deeply involved in acquisitions, investor relations, company strategy, and building the systems and team needed to support long-term growth.

Jennifer Arons


Jennifer Arons serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Laurel Signature Homes, leading the company’s daily operations, team management, and execution across all departments. She plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, improving systems, and ensuring projects move forward on schedule and at the high standards Laurel Signature Homes is known for.

With extensive experience in large-scale residential real estate development across the United States, Jennifer has overseen a wide range of projects including luxury single-family homes, multi-family developments, high-rise condominiums, mixed-use projects, townhomes, hotel conversions, and large urban redevelopment initiatives throughout Florida, Missouri, Washington DC, New Jersey, Alabama, Tennessee, and Illinois.

Prior to joining Laurel Signature Homes, Jennifer was part of the executive leadership responsible for scaling a real estate development company from approximately $150 million to over $1.2 billion in annual development volume within less than two years. Throughout her career, she has overseen more than $7 billion in residential real estate sales and contributed to the marketing and sale of over 8,200 residential units nationwide.

At Laurel Signature Homes, Jennifer combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational management, helping build the systems, accountability, and team structure required to support the company’s continued growth and long-term vision.

Nadav Doron


Nadav Doron is a real estate developer and technology-driven operator focused on luxury residential development in Chicago and the North Shore suburbs of Illinois. As an owner of a real estate development company, Nadav specializes in full-gut renovations, additions, and new construction of high-end spec homes, with a strong focus on quality, design, process, and buyer experience.

In addition to his real estate work, Nadav has a strong technology and systems background, serving as CTO and VP of R&D. He has built and customized advanced operational systems on the Zoho platform, including CRM workflows, project management processes, financial tracking, automation, templates, and team collaboration tools. His work combines construction execution, financial discipline, design coordination, and automation to create a scalable development operation.

Nadav is highly focused on improving construction quality control, contractor accountability, project timelines, and internal team workflows. He is also passionate about creating a better customer experience for luxury home buyers through clear documentation, warranty processes, and polished handoff systems.
